Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Fempreneur Connection Summit and She Leads Giveaway Empowerment Bundle (“The Bundle”). We’re excited to co-create this incredible opportunity for our aligned audience of entrepreneurial women.

By submitting a free resource (“Contribution”) to The Bundle, you agree to the following terms:

1. Contributor Eligibility

You must be the original creator or have legal rights to share the Contribution. Your submission must not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights.

2. Content Guidelines

Your freebie must be of genuine value to women entrepreneurs (e.g., guides, checklists, mini-courses, video trainings, etc.).

- It must be free of charge with no required payment for access.

- Your opt-in page may include an optional upsell.

3. Submission Requirements

You agree to submit:

- A working opt-in URL (landing page or form),

- A short description of your freebie (max 50 words),

- A square image mockup or graphic,

- Your name, business name, and website.

4. Promotion

You agree to promote The Bundle at least once via email and twice via social media during the promotional period. Swipe copy and graphics will be provided.

5. Ownership & Rights

You retain full ownership of your Contribution. By participating, you grant Judith (Summit Host) non-exclusive rights to feature and link to your freebie during the event and in

event-related marketing materials.

6. Opt-In & Lead Collection

All contributors will receive access to the names and email addresses of individuals who opt in to their own specific freebie. You may not share, sell, or distribute these contacts to any third parties.

7. Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any claims resulting from your Contribution, including but not limited to intellectual property violations or misrepresentation.

8. Removal or Refusal

The Host reserves the right to decline or remove any Contribution that does not meet the spirit or values of the summit, or that presents technical or legal risks.
